A window cleaning forum is an online discussion website. It originated as the modern equivalent of a traditional bulletin board and a technological evolution of the dialup bulletin board system.

A window cleaning forum is a web application comprised of managing user-generated content. Users participating in the window cleaning forum may cultivate social bonds and interest groups for a topic made from the discussions.

Window cleaning forums are governed by a set of individuals, collectively referred to as staff, made up of administrators and moderators, which are responsible for the forums' conception, technical maintenance, and policies (creation and enforcing).

There are generally a list of rules detailing the wishes, aim and guidelines of the forums creators. Rules on a window cleaning forum usually apply to the entire user body and often have preset exceptions, most commonly designating a section as an exception.

Anybody had any luck getting accounts in strip malls?  I've gotten several accounts recently in new strip malls, You need to keep an eye out for new businesses moving in, but once you get one or two accounts in a strip, the owners will often help you out by letting you know when others are moving in, plus the owners all get to know each other, so this can be an advantage for you.  When you only have to walk next door to get to your next account, it's a great feeling.  Really cuts down on drive time too.

I haven't had much success at strip malls so far, lots of big name stores that all tell me "corporate handles that", when I ask to leave a bid.  I did get one account in a strip mall, and it would indeed be good to pick up some more right next door, but so far no luck.
I guess it depends which companies they are, maybe some companies are easier to get accounts with?  I have gotten a few new accounts, but they are scattered around a bit, I'll be trying to get more accounts closer together like you said.

If you own a janitorial cleaning supply business, this is a great add-on to your services. Be self employed, and buy a solid window washing kit for fewer than 100 dollars. Have a great home business you can do yourself.

S
tick with it - it all take time (Rome wasn't built in a day) your commercial work should always be done to a very high stand and regularly; by this i mean the same day and time for each visit were possible.

Hi Ade,
Thanks, I definitely need and appreciate any words of encouragement I can get.  I am going to try to get my accounts closer together as I seem to be wasting too much time stuck in traffic. Angry! Maybe I need to put my marketing efforts into one town or area at a time.

You may want to let your customers know that you are looking for more work. i have had success with my clients getting me work if I offer them a free washing for a good lead.
Also, we will leave a sticker on an empty site with our name and phone number. Something small, maybe one inch by two inches. You can buy them at Staples or Office Max and then print out what you need from your computer.
